4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from KiraAroha. If you are not completely satisfied with your T-Shirts & Tops, Shorts, or Skirts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
