Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
- Items returned without prior authorization
Return Process

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
